Yeah, I know that you believe in "da gubermint" that is a corporate ran entity...but I ask you, when was the last time that we had a real change in policy where there was a total house cleaning and the old guard was totally replaced with new faces? It hasn't been in the lifetime of yours or mine. The same establishment types simply switch roles but they never leave and they belong to the CFR. Carter had them put upon him even though he had his own ideas for the ones he wanted in his cabinet but he learned to his dismay that the choice wasn't his to make.
