Computer Science and Mathematics are the most diverse fields.

I was surprised to see that Computer Science and Mathematics have the most minorities of any of the fields listed. Engineering is particularly diverse as well. I understand the lack of diversity in Agriculture because the demographics of rural areas. However, this raises the question as to what can be done to encourage fields such as Humanities and Liberal Arts as well as Communications and Journalism to reign in the white privilege that appears to be running rampant there. We need to make those fields more welcoming to minority students. Perhaps educators need to look more closely at how some of the STEM fields actively encourage a more inclusive environment.
