Most of the people executed have done the crime unless you want to say all the witnesses and evidence are lies. However, Americans don't go around murdering people in the name of their religion like your people do. They even bring this to America like the two Muslims who murdered a young Copt in New Jersey and cut his hands off. Say, why don't you visit Charlie Manson and tell him that you are so happy that he was allowed to live all these years even though he was responsible for his gang murdering several people. Maybe Sharon Tate's parents will be happy that you have taken such an interest. By the way, weren't you the one who brought up the death penalty in the U.S. in the first place.

That's the point. If only most of the people executed are guilty, that means that a state that has the death penalty will inevitably execute an innocent person. That's one of the main reasons more progressive societies have banned the death penalty. The citizens don't want to be part of a state that has blood of innocent victims on its hands.

Sentient beings (entities with consciousness, intelligence, and perception, exhibiting responsive to impressions and stimulation) are cognizant of pain and apprehensive of inflicting pain or terminating a similar life form that exhibits similar characteristics.

Society takes many forms; it is the formation of relationships among organized groups of humans (Sentient Beings). Humanity is the sum total of all the various societies. The Palestinians represent just one some peace of humanity. And you may be correct that as a organized group of Sentient Beings, the Palestinians may not be as advanced as others (as you say: "failing as a society"); underdeveloped. Does it have a chance of recovery? Yes, it has potential --- just no empetus.

Sure, that is why a teacher in Los Angeles doesn't allow her students to use Wikipedia and wants them to use a regular encyclopedia instead because people can put things in Wiki pedia which aren't true. Reading arabic, israeli and papers from around the world gives a clear picture and balance of what is being reported.
There are some hates sites I have learned to reject from experience. I have read them as well and do from time to time get articles picked by my spiders. Most the propaganda and rhetoric I grew up with, and much I eventually disproved. I couldn't speak on behalf of people that based everything on lies and disinformation. I was still able to bring parties together to talk, I just was not going to tolerate or promote the lies.

Pending any display of respectable credentials in the area of Israeli-Palestinian relations or Shariah Law or its application in the Gaza Strip, I think it's probably safe to laugh-off such claims to superiority and keep right on pluggin' along...
