This demand will tell us a lot about the trial judge.
It is loony, but there it is.
The court should deny it, if they don't the government will appeal.
This who Comey thinks he is, above all law.

The latest filings in the Comey case reveal a battle over whether he should be allowed to keep sensitive discovery materials. Lindsey Halligan argues he should only be allowed to review them under supervision. Comey, hilariously, wants to keep them in his own possession, notwithstanding that this whole case is about him leaking to the media. Even better, his filing today claims that because he was FBI Director and a U.S. Attorney, he can be trusted.
