On dealing with the invasion at our southern border, Kamala supports the so called “bipartisan border bill” which would actually make what is now illegal, legal, and it would allow almost two million poverty-stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, un-vetted and terrorist foreign nationals into our country each year.

By contrast, Trump would re-adopt his border policies which brought illegal immigration down to its lowest point in recorded history!

My wife and her family were trying to get a better life as well, escaping from a former Communist country. They came here legally. You clearly have zero understanding of how corporations or businesses function. If their taxes are raised, they will simply pass it along to the consumer, lay off workers, cut the quality of their product or a combination of all. They will also shutdown or move to a more tax friendly environment outside the US. We already have high corporate taxes relative the the rest of the world. Raising them and not expecting a negative result is beyond naive.

As a simple example, if the property tax on my rental goes up to subsidize even for more public school Democratic lunacy, that will be passed along to the lessee when we negotiate the next lease. That is simply the way it works. Democrats want to price fix it so that I eat the tax hike and take it out of my profits, if any. That would lead me to want to sell the property instead, but who will want to buy it with such small margins and rent caps? If I could sell it for a reasonable profit, I would get taxed even more on any capital gains if the Democrats have their way.

The real issue is that the vast majority of Democrats aren’t in this position. CA voted against gay marriage, but the SC overturned it. I guess listening to the people is a selective process. You clearly have zero understanding of how corporations or businesses function. If their taxes are raised, they will simply pass it along to the consumer, lay off workers, cut the quality of their product or a combination of all. They will also shutdown or move to a more tax friendly environment outside the US. We already have high corporate taxes relative the the rest of the world. Raising them and not expecting a negative result is beyond naive.

As a simple example, if the property tax on my rental goes up to subsidize even for more public school Democratic lunacy, that will be passed along to the lessee when we negotiate the next lease. That is simply the way it works. Democrats want to price fix it so that I eat the tax hike and take it out of my profits, if any. That would lead me to want to sell the property instead, but who will want to buy it with such small margins and rent caps? If I could sell it for a reasonable profit, I would get taxed even more on any capital gains if the Democrats have their way.

New York has had rent control for decades. The landlords hate it, but it works just fine.

Actually, we had our greatest prosperity when the Rich were taxed at 70-93%. because that money wasn't put in a pile and burned, it was used to pay working people to make roads and schools and infrastructure that benefited the country.
