If the administration actually were locking folks up for just reporting on what the government is doing, the next lefty administration will lock these folks up for also telling folks what is going on as well. . . under the excuse of "obstruction/disruption"

The only, "illegal journalism," is leaking information illegally obtained. She is clearly obtaining all her information legally, just by observing what is going on.

I think there's a difference between people who take up arms against the government (something you wingnuts seem to think we all need guns to do...when a Democrat is in charge) and arresting some woman who made videos that ICE didn't like.

Obviously you know nothing about H.S. & college debate and discussion, nor a court room.
When two sides have a disagreement, the side that has evidence to support their claim, regardless of the quality of the evidence, always is judged victorious.
If both sides have evidence to support their claim, it comes down to the quality of the evidence, the veracity of the claims vis-à-vis the evidence presented, and the overall soundness of the reasoning.
You haven't posted anything to support your reasoning thus? I win by default. You would do well to learn these principles if you care for anyone to take you half-serious around here.
