Columbian "Actress" Living in LA Gets Arrested

Agreed.

Until we know that, it is a little early to be spiking the football, thus I pointed out;

I can't find any information on whether she is a citizen, an illegal, of if the agency picked her up simply because she was reporting on their activities.

One the one hand, if she is a citizen, and never actually "doxed," agents personal lives onto the web, yes, this is concerning.

On the other, if she was giving out personal information on officers, or is not a citizen, good for ICE.

What crime?
“We will prosecute those who dox ICE agents to the fullest extent of the law. These criminals are taking the side of vicious cartels and human traffickers,” said Secretary Noem. “We won't allow it in America.” Across the country, federal law enforcement has come under attack.Jul 11, 2025

Do you have evidence she was undocumented, or are you just accepting ICE word for it.

If you can be arrested for making TikTok videos the government doesn't like, is this still America?
Certainly not very smart to advertise that you are an illegal alien.

So no link to her actual immigration states, or what info she doxed?

When you get that, be sure to let me know.
Why bother.
That's not important to me. She's Clearly not an American citizen. She's impeding immigration enforcement. That is a crime. She WILL be deported, and rightly so

She was transferred to LA's White Memorial Hospital and is now being held in a detention center

This won't satisfy MrBeal, but, from Newsweek

What People Are Saying

Tricia McLaughlin told Newsweek: "On August 15, ICE arrested Leidy Tatiana Mafla-Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Colombia who was convicted for driving under the influence in Los Angeles. This criminal illegal alien entered the country in 2022 and was RELEASED by the Biden administration. During her arrest, Martinez claimed to experience shortness of breath. She was given proper medical treatment and will be held in ICE custody pending removal proceedings."

More than arresting an illegal for a DUI, this concerns me more. . .

". . . McLaughlin added that the arrest was further complicated when "an individual unlawfully towed a government police vehicle."

Footage on social media shows a federal agent running after a vehicle after the tow truck removes the car.

"He mocked and videotaped ICE officers chasing after him. Secretary Noem has been clear: Anyone who seeks to impede law enforcement will be found and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law," McLaughlin said. . . "

Some journalist needs to look into whether LA, the county or California is now funding tow drivers to do this, or if drivers are doing it on their own time, with their own resources.

If following the money leads back sanctuary local and state governments, we have a very big problem in this nation.

And that doesn't concern you?

"You show me the man and I'll tell you the crime" - Beria.

The irony could be cut with a machete...

Gateway Pundit, not credible.

We have a shortage of truck drivers.

Translation: "Being unable to refute the facts, I will deflect by attacking the source."

That's a stretch, if she doesn't have legal status, she should be a bit more humble
than what she is. Not like Pam didn't warn people what would happen if they
were caught doxing.
And that doesn't fall under a First Amendment violation.
That quote is exactly what your tent did to Trump.....fact.

Joey LOVES lawfare, until it's his ox getting gored. If not for double standards, he'd have none.

DO you even take two seconds to read this shit before you post it?

Of course not, that interferes with his propaganda.

Again, if someone can be arrested for posting videos the government doesn't like, then do we have a free country anymore?

Their immigration status shouldn't really matter.

She was arrested for immigration law violations, not making videos.

Facts matter, cultist.

Wrong. Illegal aliens shouldn’t have any rights at all except to not be physically abused while awaiting deportation. No access to the courts, no access to any medical care except for minimal stabilization for life threatening injuries, no access to any public services. Let their home countries pay for their medical care when they get home,

Even if she is a citizen, doxxing federal agents to disrupt operations is a crime

Again, where is your proof of that?

"DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Newsweek that Martinez was arrested because of a prior DUI conviction in Los Angeles. . . "

Tell me, do you understand the difference between doxing and reporting on government activity?
