I made that point over a year ago. When you walk into a pawn shop and the majority of the rifles are ARs and they have been there for a very long time and the prices have dropped trying to get sold then the market is saturated. And those aren't the Colt models either. When you see an aftermarket AR selling for 299.95 and it still won't move then maybe there are other factors. The Cultists are still hammering away but the cult days of the AR are passing fast.

I like Colt because of the name but they have simply made a Collectors item . Last time I saw a desirable 'Colt 6920' and it was going for about 1300 and then the FEES while comparable Ruger or Smith on the shelf and ready for Sale was going for 800 - 900 dollars . For many people that 400 - 500 dollars is a big deal .
