That call was surreptitiously recorded by Cohen. It was a short call that was interrupted as Cohen took another call on another phone.

That call had nothing to do with Daniels- it was about paying AMI for the boxes of unpublished stories about Trump, and reimbursing the NDA for McDougal.

That was the call where Cohen talked about financing, and Trump said just pay cash. Cohen said "no, no, no, I got this."

What business record was falsified? The payment to Cohen was put down as legal expenses. Money that was paid to Cohen for a number of different jobs he did for Trump. Was that false?
