That does not make him dangerous, just difficult to live with. This is not a mental illness as much as a personality formation. Some PD's can be dangerous (like Borderline, the lady that boiled the rabbit) but narcissists are just ... difficult due to their hypersensitivity to criticism and their self-centered perspective.
