As it went down the line towards the decision makers it became:

"Tis a pail of manure and it smells powerfully"

And closer:

"Tis a container of fertilizer and it is very potent"

And till it reached the decision makers who were told:

"This package of growth inducing chemicals will promote great improvement and expansion in these following areas."

Proof needs to be shown by those who believe it to be a threat... that they are in fact, a threat. Once that has been conclusively proven AND peer reviewed by those who can openly test the hypothosis, THEN we can consider doing something.

Till then, this is like developing a policy to protect the world's children against the bogeyman when all is needed is for parents to close the closet door, not build an air lock.
