Nowhere does it say that That Program was against the Constitution .

It was put on Pause. If against the Constitution, it would have been undone totally.

I think it's fair to say that a majority of what the federal government is involved in, is in open violation of the Tenth Amendment.

If your faith that “If against the Constitution, it would have been undone totally.” had any rational basis, then the federal government would be much, much smaller, as everything was cut away from it that the Constitution doesn't explicitly delegate to it.

My vision of the issue is 20/20.

You are assuming that all Americans would be targeted and not only the ones the government, Republican or Democratic, would see as possibly spying or working with Iran, Russia and other non friendly Foreign States.

No one works against the country. Working against the government is a diferent subject. This ministry had the mandate to combat misinformation which undermines trust in government.

Americans traditionally do not place blind trust in governnment nor should they. IF the govermnent has to fight it's own people because they lack trust then it is not the country but the governnment which needs to be fixed,.

I heard an analysis when the Ministry of Truth was first announced that it was never to be implemented..... it was just put forth to get all the other Democrat failures off the headlines.....
