This is quite a fascinating discovery in the seroprevalence of AIDS. The key theory is that within the folds of a full foreskin, there are a host of ready white blood cells to be infected, which could carry out further reinfection until the chain enters the bodies bloodstream. I guess the Jews (and then the Christians and Muslims) were originally tipped off by God about this many thousands of years ago... that getting circumcised really is a healthy thing to do.
