Both parties remain in power, when they have the President they go down everywhere else. It's not new.

It's always the same way. The R leads all the way. The Dem finds out how many votes they need to win. They say there are some outstanding votes from Democrat heavy districts. Then they miraculously find enough votes to swing the election. There should be no mail in voting at all, except for the military.
