You can be found guilty of sexual battery but not rape. Just like you can be found guilty of second-degree murder but not first. Different crimes have different elements that need to be fulfilled in order to be found guilty of those crimes.

What I find interesting is that you apparently find a person who presents witnesses that affirm to being told what had happened at the time. Who can further present other witnesses saying under oath that Trump did the same to them. Who can show 2 videotapes. One in which Trump says he does exactly what she said he did, and another one in which you can hear Trump say in a deposition that he doesn't know it's fortunate or unfortunate that stars can sexually assault women with no consequence not credible.

But a person who presents no evidence whatsoever and lies habitually is credible. How do you square that?
