It's the Apartheid state in action.

"Israeli restrictions on reaching the Church of the Holy Sepulcher for Holy Week and Easter are part of the current Israeli government’s policy of making Jerusalem an exclusively Jewish city, said Yusef Daher, secretary-general of the Jerusalem Interchurch Centre."

Well, if you read the article, Israelis have to maintain law and order and prevent fires. There are thousands of Christian pilgrims during that time. I have a picture-book of Jerusalem. There are many pictures of the processions on Palm Sunday and Good Friday. They seem very full and orderly. And anyone who has been to the Old City of Jerusalem knows how narrow those alleyways are!

Over the past two years the Jewish Passover and Easter holiday have coincided and while the Jews entering the Old City have had complete freedom of movement, the movement of Christians celebrating Good Friday and the Orthodox Holy Fire ceremony have been restricted by the barriers
Israeli´s and Jews in general like to think they are in control

That's okay Ahmed, I want to go see your idol in Mecca instead.

You Muzzie Beasts will happily let me into the Kaaba to see the idol - won't you?

I mean if not, that would make you an insane fucking hypocrite...

Why would Israeli's allow the same rights to what they consider an inferior religion?

What does that have to do with Israeli police terrible treatment of Christian pilgrims in Jerusalem? ......

Because he called Israel an apartheid State. Even though Israel allows religious freedom to everyone (within safety constraints -- same as Mecca). Well, that is not strictly true. There is one group of people in Israel who are NOT permitted access to their holy place? Care to guess which group that is? Can you guess which group is actually the victim of religious discrimination in Israel?

I can see exactly the same scenes being reenacted in exactly the same way 1000 years from now. WTF is wrong with people, it's goddamn dirt and rocks.

The settlers have the right to invade the Alaqsa Mosque but muslims are restricted.

Newsflash. Muslims are not restricted from visiting or worshiping at Al-Aqsa Mosque. (Except occasionally when THEY are unruly and violent and pose a safety hazard for others).

People of the Jewish faith are discriminated against on the Temple Mount. Jews are prevented from visiting except during very strict times and are prohibited from any sort of prayer or worship. The only discrimination is against the Jewish people.

again with the wrong pictures?

Police were called in to break up a fight between greek and armenian orthodox back in 2008

Had nothing to do with restrictions.

30,000 christians from the WB were allowed to Jerusalem for the easter...................... orthodox comes in two weeks.

If there are any restrictions it is because of terrorism, not because of faith.

barriers to keep the flow of people steady instead of mobs pushing each other is normal

>>there had been no problem in more than a century.<<

Even your Daher admitted that.

You think the vatican doesn't have barriers to limit the flow of people in and out?

What is it with you and disinformation?

as do christians and every other faith, but small groups is hardly and invasion, and where they can go depends on prayer times.

They are limited by the waqf and police.

Do you know how to speak the truth?

Palestinians under 50 years are rarely or not allowed in the Alaqsa Mosque while filthy settlers can enter in the yard.

Christians are allowed in all the mosques in the world but Mecca Mosque is the Holy Place.

Non-Muslims are not permitted to enter Mecca.

The Temple Mount is the Holy Place. Does that mean that only Jews are permitted to ascend the mount? Why or why not?

"Filthy"? Ah yes, that is what Abbas said as well. Jewish people are "filthy". And yet you claim there is no discrimination? Unbelieveable.

Palestinian males of a certain age are not restricted because of their faith or nationality -- they are restricted because their behaviour is so violent that it poses a safety concern for others, not to mention the utter lack of respect for G-d.
