Christian Bigots shout down Muslim kids singing National Anthem at Texas rally

How many people have Christians beheaded in the last year, shit fer brains?

Ah, you liars for Allah, you think your so clever.
You're right. The difference is tactics. But the mindset (closed0 and the motivation (God and country) and the zealotry and the bigotry are the same.

I actually have no problem with those things. There is nothing wrong with pride in your country, pride in who you are, your religious beliefs, etc. It's when a person uses his religion to "condemn" others that really bothers me. That is not what religion is supposed to be about, IMO.
I am proud of our country too. But I'm not arrogant enough to think we should impose our system globally.

Chris the last thing they want to do is integrate into our society. Think no go zones.......
Are there any so called "no go" zones in America? ......

Did there used to be no go zones in France, or did that happen by letting Muslims congregate?

It's because there is no assimilation going on. I don't believe they have any kind of organizations to try and help the Muslims assimilate into French culture. That is what happens when they do NOT assimilate. However, in this particular instance, the children were singing the national anthem of America and were basically booed and hissed at for it. WTF?

Globally? No, but people who immigrate to this country and want to make it their home? Yes. They need to assimilate into our culture, abide by our laws, etc. That is my own personal opinion anyway. A country divided cannot stand, and we can't control what religion other people might choose for themselves, but if they want to live here in this country, they have to be assimilated, because obviously multiculturalism (to an extent) does not really work well. Of course, I have no problem with other cultures too, but they have to be accepting of ours to live here.

I enjoy the differences in food, entertainment, etc. that other cultures bring to our country. Our country is like a bunch of different countries all rolled into one, but in order for it to work, we all have to work together.

Islam is a clear and present danger, engaging in hourly terrorist acts. To a rational person, this is simple.
A rational person doesn't condemn a faith 1.6 billion people, that they do not understand. The mentality is what is at issue, and that form of evil is in nearly all faiths and all other human creations. You can't see the forest for the trees, and there's no possible way to help you to understand that either. Yours is a blind hatred, another form of evil.
There are several people who would normally be on the same side of this issue, for reasons of very strong faith in Christ in the case of one, a strong love of children in another, dispassionate logic in a third and near reactionary patriotism in a fourth.

They are not that far apart.

A group of kids want to sing the National Anthem. Another group interrupts them. The kids have a right to sing. The adults have a right to protest.
Do I support either? I support both. I have no love for Muslims as a whole, but I rather like kids and if these kids are assimilating into American culture, I am all for it. Getting these kids main streamed into society is what's best for us all.

BUT

To turn this into a brawl over how horribly a group of Christians treated a group on Muslims is pretty stupid.

These Christians interrupted some kids. Their Muslim counterparts flew planes into buildings. I, personally agree with Chris. The kids should have been allowed to sing. It was wrong for them to be treated that way. I believe most main stream Christians would agree.

BUT

What would go a long way here is for most main stream Muslims to condemn acts of terrorism in the name of their religion.
These children were inconvenienced. They weren't doused with acid or beheaded. Let's get real here.

Yes, I can agree with the sentiments you express here, Ernie. I am completely aware of the differences, but I was just kind of disgusted with the way some adults behave. It's really pathetic, childish and rotten, IMO.

You are wrong again. If you had read my earlier comments, I said they were entirely within their rights to protest and that at least they weren't violent. My issue is with people calling themselves "Christians" who are not really Christians at all, or at least they don't behave like Christians. That gives TRUE Christians a bad name, like my aunt amongst others who would never treat people, especially children, in such a way.

I see, so you are the judge and arbiter of who is and isn't a Christian?

Amusing that you earlier declared me a Christians - I who states that Jesus never even existed...

The assimilation into our culture must be a voluntary assimilation by those immigrants. If the immigrant comes from the Middle East, they should not be castigated, demonized and relegated to 2nd class status due to the culture they bring with them. Shouting down Muslims as they try to assimilate is an earmark of xenophobic bigots, not real Americans.

Bring the popular culture of your homeland. We appreciated the food and the music and the language. That all serves to enrich America. But when the radical beliefs are brought here and that radical immigrant group seeks to bend us to their will, they must be aware that our American culture has been flavored by all previous immigrants and our Native Americans and our culture, while malleable, is not accepting of the narrow minded outlook of the radical, be they Muslim or Christian.

I never declared you as anything. I don't know what you're talking about. I never said I was the judge of anything, but I am astute enough to know that the hatred being espoused here is not Christianity.

nut, where in the Bible does it say that Jesus or those that follow Him have to tolerate whatever comes down the pike?
How tolerant was Christ with the crooked money exchangers at the temple? How was He tolerant of the Pharisees?
Understand Him before you use Him to push your agenda.

If it is true that a god exists , then he/she is omniscient.

If he he omniscient then he knows the following facts

1- The zionuts invaded Palestine in 1925 determined to remove/disappear the local Palestinian population by any means necessary
2- Palestinian RETALIATION began 4 years after the invasion;
3- US recognized the Jewish state because the Truman presidential campaign needed 2 million dollars to defeat Dewey - Ben Gurion provided those funds
4- Texas religious nuts are GRUBER STUPID hence they believe that the present Israel is somehow related to the 10 Lost Tribes of Israel .

And so it goes.

Not to mention how many mentally retarded and/or not proven guilty Rick Perry has executed.

Hard to believe in this "Christian" nation we execute retards

As long as they are black

The motivation is very different as well. One was in support of the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms, the other was a Jihadist message of covert or die.

The Communists know this, but they lie - it's just their way.

Hardly religious zealots... Fail! Foz doesn't cover every murder. If it did, they would have to move their headquarters to Chicago and find an additional 18 hours in their day.

How many Americans were killed by Muslim zealots in this country?

As was I

I am less concerned with the actions, since the real concern is the human ignorance and insanity that promote such things, and that is just as strong in you as it is in those you hate.

Introduction to why religion can lead to hatred animosity and intolerance

Well of course - just because Muslims murder thousands of people a year and Christians murder none, why should that alter anytyhing? Christians are enemies of the party, the Muslims are friends of the party in that they also hold Christians as enemy.

The level of fucktardation in you runs deep, young pussywan...
