I would like to see some evidence of this thought.
Now, if you're saying that a boy who is going through HRT a young age to stop male puberty and take estrogen, okay, they will look more like a female. But that doesn't mean that there aren't risks. Sexual function can be drastically affected. Why would any parent want to take away sexual function and gratification from their child.

Transsexuals will usually keep their original sexual organs. Hard to make a functioning penis or vagina.
Sexual function is the choice they make in transitioning.
Why the decision needs to be made in consultation with professionals.
