One nation at a time. Now that China is flush with U.S technology and gold, they will seek out every nation the U.S has problems with and purchase their loyalty, with the very money sent by unloyal Big Tech companies and unconcerned for human rights businesses from the West.

Human Rights capitalism and liberty are the Wests greatest assets, it is what Reagan wisely promoted. If the worlds citizens and governments feel "well, THEIR company doesn't care as they help out human right abusing China, why should we"? Then that entire position of principled values is null. It's a major reason why Canada has no power in the world, we've been exposed for a long time.

With so many politicians and policies helping to decimate America and bring China closer to single Super Power status, is it already a foregone conclusion?

Remember what I said about all the War Hawks who believed that without Trump in office they could start a war in Iran? Recall how I mocked their naive, low information understanding of the world, that has shifted dramatically. I said that "rest assured, no war with Iran is possible now, even if the War Hawks want it. China won't allow it". Guys like Bolton and other old GOP who are clueless.

Some people think it's 2000 and GBW can pick and choose who to attack. Old, Neo-Cons don't even realize that the world has passed them by. The same people who didn't take a stance against an Open Border that has further weakened your nation. Now socialism has come to your shores in exchange for not having a non-politician at the helm.

Excellent work by the further inconsequential Neo-Cons and Never Trumper. "Yay, Trump didn't win!". Now what?

China agreed to invest $400 billion in Iran over 25 years in exchange for a steady supply of oil to fuel its growing economy under a sweeping economic and security agreement signed on Saturday.

The deal could deepen China’s influence in the Middle East and undercut American efforts to keep Iran isolated. But it was not immediately clear how much of the agreement can be implemented while the U.S. dispute with Iran over its nuclear program remains unresolved.

President Biden has offered to resume negotiations with Iran over the 2015 nuclear accord that his predecessor, President Donald J. Trump, abrogated three years after it was signed. American officials say both countries can take synchonized steps to bring Iran into compliance with the terms of the agreement while the United States gradually lifts sanctions.

One of Biden's problems is that the US is now seen as an unreliable partner in any agreement.
Who knows what the political leadership will look like in four years?

China know how to play the long game and from Iran's point of view they also have a leader for life for extra certainty.

Idb you are correct, China play's the long game, we broke the Iran agreement we made with most of the free world. other nations are now making there own alliances. as our nation has become a divided nation, they have stepped up there game.

While the U.S spends hundreds of billions of dollars sending its military around the world to kick down farmers doors looking for terrorists.
China is building hospitals, schools, and roads for the people in many 3rd world countries. Then the grateful leadership turns around and signs long term contracts and leases with China for the mining rights of their precious minerals and other natural resources. ....

Belt and Road Initiative or Enforcing Capitalism With a Chinese Face?

"It’s really important also to point out that China, despite sort of this expansion, has not, for example, established — I don’t know — 800 military bases, like the U.S. has done in lots of different places, but, rather, it does have one or two military bases outside of its own periphery, but it also depends on private military companies.

"So, it’s quite an interesting moment, because, essentially, what China is doing is the enforcement of capitalism with a Chinese face, if you wish, but it is seen as a threat to the U.S. national security, perhaps because, as I said, a cold war is always good for the military business in the U.S. and Europe."

Imho,, capitalism has been waiting 500 years for China to arrive on the world scene. A one party authoritarian state will take capital accumulation to an extreme never seen before.

"capitalism with a Chinese face".

Well. I've warned you all to NOT become more like Canada, we are socialist/human right abusing enough. I certainly don't want you to become more like China.

I certainly don't want to become more like China either, but I also think it's a mistake to forget how many human rights violations have been committed by the US, starting with the extermination of millions of Native Americans and chattel slavery and extending through the current crimes in Afghanistan and Iraq. Personally, I blame capitalism.
