Great move from The LR , we have to recognize independence and establish diplomatic relation with Tatarstan, Ichkeriya, Siberian republics, Tibet , etc, + we ´d stop call Afro - Asiatic despots (Putin, Crocodile , Arkadag) for "presidents", the terms : satrap, despot, dictator, describing them much better !
