China Beating us Again?

The Road to Perdition Is Patrician

Practically all the wealth of the toxic plutocracy is derived from incompetent Daddy-Moochers empowered by wealth they never earned. Just like the cheated poor and the cheating poor, the rich must be divided into two entirely different groups.

I’m sure Trump and team have reviewed School funding from the Federal Government and sees a lot of waste. All we ever hear from DoED, NEA, and local school districts is that they need more money. Where does that money go? How is it being spent?

To answer your question, I need more information but I am leaning towards “YES” on cutting school funding.
College Is for Coolies

Student funding is already at zero. The know-it-all opinionists, themselves products of this childish, depressing, humiliating, and insulting system, control the Netrix's orchestrated debate and all others that entirely miss the point.

In public schools, they have failed many areas of the nation as extreme prices.
"If You Can't Stand Up to Them, Cripple Them"

The expensive prep schools are almost as defective. Decades ago, the plutocracy realized that spending money wouldn't cure their heirs' spoiled-putrid stupidity, so they decided to make the public schools as non-learning as possible.

Sooooo...education went down the toilet in just the past four years.

Mmkay.

Actually, the failure of our education system has been going on for decades, through Republican and Democratic adminstrations.

And it has fuck-all to do with this new bullshit "anti-DEI" token you idiots have been given.

If anything, you are demonstrating just how stupid YOU have become,.

America is falling behind because we are not teaching the jobs of tomorrow. We are still teaching our kids to be prepared for jobs which no longer exist.

Also, the New Right is against education. They stand in the way, banning books, running to and fro foaming at the mouth at the latest bullshit their fearmongering idols have inculcated in them.

This is how stupid you people are: You think negroes and homos and Hispanics are the problem.

YOU are the problem.
our education system has been declining under both R and D Administrations. So, you think indoctrination oriented curriculums which only foster regurgitation at the expense of curriculums that develop critical and analytical skills?

DEI Training training does not emphasize critical and analytical skills. I’d be making the exact same argument if religious right were pushing a curriculum rooted in indoctrination and regurgitation.

As for me being anti Black, anti-gay, and anti-Hispanic, that is very presumptive of you. You think all Blacks, Gays, and Latinos support DEI? They don’t. You think you know what is best for Blacks, Gays, and Latinos?

My sons are Mexican. They want skills sets; not DEI.

Yesterday we had a spike down in our U.S. AI universe (NASDAQ fell over 600 points and stocks like NVDA fell 16% in value) when it was announced that a Chinese company called Deepseek has developed AI in a faster and cheaper way than our American companies.

DeepSeek founder called China’s ‘AI hero’ after US stock market tanks

DeepSeek’s founder has at least two reasons to celebrate this week. Alongside the Chinese Lunar Year, the company had the App Store’s most downloaded app with its AI agent, while the US market melted down due to the new model being so accurate and cheap to train compared to comparable models from the likes of OpenAI.

China continues to beat us with good products we will all be using but doing it at a cheaper price.

Then again, most of us will not be able to take advantage of the savings because Trump is likely to tariff us out of the picture.

NO! Not yet. But highly likely? It depends.

Now consumers have 2 big choices. You can use both of them, ChatGPT and DeepSeek. Gee, I like competitions. But DeepSeek will end up just like TikTok? Probably. lol. :)

👉 DeepSeek is a Chinese AI startup that recently launched a chatbot app, rapidly gaining popularity in the U.S. market. Founded by Li Wenfeng in Hangzhou, it claims to rival major models like ChatGPT while using significantly less computational power and costing only about $6 million to develop[1][2]. The app supports both Chinese and English and has been noted for its efficiency, reportedly outperforming competitors in various tasks[3][4]. However, it has faced criticism for censoring sensitive topics due to its Chinese origins[3][4]. The emergence of DeepSeek has shaken the U.S. tech market, leading to notable stock declines[1][4].

👉 DeepSeek managed to develop its AI model at a low cost of around $6 million by utilizing less advanced hardware and fewer chips compared to competitors. The company capitalized on a stockpile of Nvidia A100 chips, combining them with lower-end alternatives to create an efficient model. Additionally, DeepSeek's open-source approach allows for cost-effective modifications and widespread accessibility, further reducing expenses associated with development and deployment[1][2][3][4]. This strategy enables DeepSeek to perform competitively while significantly undercutting the billions spent by U.S. tech giants[5][6].

👉 DeepSeek's performance has emerged as a strong competitor to ChatGPT, showcasing strengths in various areas. In complex problem-solving, DeepSeek outperformed ChatGPT in speed and accuracy. For programming tasks, ChatGPT provided clearer explanations, while DeepSeek's responses were more succinct. In language translation and historical analysis, DeepSeek offered comprehensive answers, often surpassing ChatGPT's performance. However, ChatGPT excelled in creative writing. Overall, DeepSeek has been noted for its speed and detail, establishing itself as a formidable alternative in the AI landscape[1][2][3][4].

State school in the US and UK suck because the curriculum for decades has been useless. The system is full of teachers with degrees, it needs educators.

Players Must Be Paid the Most

Unless productive students are paid for their grades, school funding goes to the wrong people. The same goes for the cancer charities. Pay oncology students high salaries and it will be cured soon.
No matter the injustices involved?

You do know that money buys a lot, don't you? Is that what the education of our nation be based on? Money?

Big American companies RUSHING to use Deepseek.

China cheated? No way! (insert sarcasm emoji here)

"Responding to all the hype and chatter on the same, Elon Musk suggested that DeepSeek may possess around 50,000 Nvidia Hopper GPUs. This is opposed to the 10,000 A100s that DeepSeek claims to have. Musk shared his opinion in reply to recent comments by Alexandr Wang, the billionaire CEO of Scale AI, who also stated that DeepSeek likely has about 50,000 NVIDIA H100s.

Musk and Wang both believe that DeepSeek is unable to disclose the true number of GPUs due to US export controls currently in place. Speaking to media on US-China AI Arms race, Wang said that DeepSeek has about 50,000 NVIDIA H100s that they can't talk about because of the US export controls that are in place. The interview has been shared on Twitter by a user named Chubby. Responding to Wang's interview clip; Elon Musk wrote: "Obviously", affirming his agreement with Wang's observation."

Thank you for the post LuckyOne.

Of course they are, and if the Left has it's way, the beatings are going to get progressively more severe and painful.

As you can see, very few are even aware of the things that really matter and are of greatest concern.
As always, regardless of ANY consequences, Americans will flock to China and take the bait because it's either cheaper or more fun.
They never seem to consider the long term consequences of their actions.
China is laser focused on Science and Technology R&D. America is focused on drag queens and DEI bullshit.

Americans are getting exactly what they deserve. And sooner or later, this, or future generations will pay a massive price for this stupidity.
How is the left going to have their way when you control the Gov't.

None of that is likely true.
DeepSeek is almost assuredly needing much more power than the 10,000 GPU's that they claim is all that's needed for them to get the same results. If they reveal the actual #, then it will show that they've violated the US export controls.

It's sending PII to China.

The Chicoms lied about Deepseek's ability. That lie sent the market into a tizzy. China isn't beating anything, except it's baloney...lol

You do see that your own link has a question mark there, don't you?

"IS" Deepseek lying?

You stated it as fact that they are lying. There is no such statement

More circle jerk, that's what this is. Which US company is dumb enough to integrate a Chinese made program, software, network, etc into their company network or server after knowing what China has been doing?
