The 'plan' to rid Chicagoland of its negro thugs by sending them to be imprisoned in Darfur would work. The Darfur gov. gets some nice change, some free labor. The US gets rid of the sub-humans whose only goal in life is to cause as much pain and suffering as they can to others.
