Oh crap......

Chicago police shooting video release - CNN.com

Chicago police, in a nationwide conference call and bulletin, warned of "civil unrest" and potential violence against cops following the department's anticipated release of video showing an officer fatally shooting a black man in the back, two law enforcement officials said Friday.

The officer violated policy in last week's shooting of 18-year-old Paul O'Neal, the bulletin said.

Developing story - more to come

Releasing this on a Friday? A normal weekend in Chicago is bad enough.

Pray for cool heads to prevail.

Actually a weekend is better when it comes to people being caught in transit by any disturbance. By leaking the announcement this early on a Friday, they are giving warning to people to get home early, and stay there.

Stolen car, chased. Suspect gets shot? Another one bites the dust. Don't fork around with the law and you won't get bit.

On the bright side I saw drunken mexican (40 oz Bud) outside strip mall in PHX singing "when billy joe mccallister jumped off the tallahasee bridge" in mostly english.

If he is a violent criminal, I don't care what side of his body gets shot, as long as he dies.
