Good idea. If they do they might get shot in that dim controlled hell hole.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is warning residents not to go on long runs or bike rides in the city’s latest effort to crack down over the spread of coronavirus, even cautioning that residents could be arrested should they break the rules.

Lightfoot, during remarks Wednesday, reportedly urged residents to “stay at home” and “only go out for essentials” —rules put in place by Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker last week.

Define long. Since my work out place is currently closed, I have been walking and my distance is somewhere between two and three miles.

God bless you always!!!

Well, considering that sunshine is the ultimate disinfectant, and people who ride bicycles in groups (and aren't professional racers) are generally at least 3 to 4 feet from each other, riding a bike should be no problem.

Same with running. If they keep their distance, you can still have small groups go out running.

Getting out and doing something in good weather is one way to keep yourself from going nuts.

It is much easier for the newly released criminals....released because of the virus even if they might be violent thugs.....to find victims in their homes instead of having to chase them down in public.......

There are several scams like that going around right now. In some cases, they knock on your door and tell you that you need to be tested. When you let them in, that is when they pull out guns and rob you.

There are also people going around charging 300.00 for a test that doesn't exist.

Another man has been arrested for fraud after advertising on the 'net that he not only had the cure for the virus, but he also had pills that would make you immune.

Gotta be careful in these times y'all.................there are scammers and thieves everywhere taking advantage of this crisis.
