Here's the problem. This guy wasn't a violent offender. His 14 charges were mostly related to things the homeless do. The last charge that he was released on was that he tried to call 911 to get some help, and was told that he was misusing 911.

Maybe if he got the help he needed, this wouldn't be an issue.

He assaulted a Honduran man in 2014 was convicted and sentenced, then in. In September 2022, Brown was arrested for assault on a female and property injury, but court records do not reflect a corresponding charge.
