I dont think there are any rules being broken. I agree flags should not be at half staff, that should be reserved for fallen military, but thats just my feeling. Flags CAN be flown at half staff for civilians...but for me, I think that should be an honor reserved for fallen soldiers and presidents.

Charlie Rock, who joined the team as a PR intern last year before being promoted to football communications coordinator, posted a video on his personal Instagram account that showed a Kirk speaking engagement with the caption, “Why are yall sad? A source briefed on the situation said Thursday that Rock is no longer with the organization.
