When word leaked last week that the Trump administration was lining up a $765 million loan to the hard-luck company once synonymous with photography, shares of Kodak stock skyrocketed from a little over $2 apiece to $60 apiece before settling back down.


The company's chief executive officer and a small set of insiders made hundreds of millions of dollars on paper, and possibly in cash in some cases, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and news reports.
 
Another example of the current Trump Administration to reject the guiding principle left to us in the Constitution, The Separation of Power, is under attack by the Vice President:

It's time to protect our unalienable Rights and to alter the course set by the Trump Administration and replace the top, those in the Executive Branch and The Congress who have enriched the rich, abused the laws and sought to overpower the people with defamations, lies and violence. Otherwise we face a long and Dystopian future.

But six weeks after the hearing, YRC received a bailout from the Treasury Department — a $700 million loan in exchange for a 30% stake in the business. The company’s stock price soared 74%, although it has come down since."

So Mnuchin has purchased a failing truck company for $165,000 dollars. That's a great investment, and I wonder why you whine about a mistake vis a vis a clear example of a swamp critter squandering taxpayer money.
