The MSM did recounts (including CNN) and found that Bush still won without the Supreme Court. The only reason the Supreme Court got involved is because Gore's buddies in the state supreme court practiced judicial legislation. The SC got the ruling and sent it back to Florida asking them WTF did they think they were doing? A court is not there to change laws; that's what legislatures are for--not the court.

In any case it's the Democrats that started all this rigged election stuff--not Republicans.

For the first time since polling was taken, every single polling agency got this past election totally backwards. The only people who should be allowed mail in ballots are people who live X amount of miles from a polling station, can't make it due to a chronic disease, disability or simply advanced age.

45 days out from the electionanyone who qualifies for mail in voting should have to either register in person or call in to verify their information. Then only those people that verify get ballots mailed out to them.

Mail in ballots should all be verified, counted and documented first. Once mail ins are done then they are closed out and reported then no more can be counted. Then they can start counting in person ballots. No more of this "oh we found a bag of 8700 mail in ballots that fell behind the file cabinet at 4am". Mail ins have to be counted first, reported and closed before they move on to in person.

All in person voting should require a dated and non expired state id, driver's license or military id.

All of that is fair to everyone.

Honestly Id like to see each person's voter registration have a unique id number and then have a website listing every vote cast by each number. No personal info, just the id number so people can look and verify their number shows the correct vote they cast.
