Cat Stolen Off The Front Porch By Amazon Driver

Yeah, some dogs, especially if trained properly. But do not sell cats short. Some cats are stupid and docile, but a smart cat, properly trained, will tear you up if it doesn't know you and you try to pick it up without permission from its owner!

At one time I had a cat, all white, about 12 pounds (pretty big male) who left claw marks in concrete during one cat fight, then got into it with some big dog, the dog more than likely started it, and my cat jumped on the dog, dug in, then rode him like a horse up the street for a block as the dog yelped and cried in pain.

When he felt the dog had suffered enough, he jumped off and came home and went to sleep.

Pets are a lot like children, they all need a little molding and guidance.

Poor doggie but at the same time that's karma for you. The last thing that you said is all so true and especially true for Pitbulls though.

It's better than a FedEx pedo taking your seven year old daughter

Yeah, but pets are still family nonetheless.

East Texans don't like cats. That is one of their great failings.

You're a cat lover too then I take it? I love both cats and dogs and mostly all animals except rats, snakes, and spiders. Ants are neat to watch I just don't want them in the house and bees are extremely important to the ecosystem.

The neighbor told us of the claw marks in the concrete and fur left from the fight. I did not see how the dog got involved--- my mother saw the aftermath of our cat riding the dog up the street like a bronco buster standing in his stirrups!

Apparently our cat rode the dog much like a jockey rides a horse at the Preakness, ass high, shoulders low, ears back.

The dog was running fast as he could up the street yelping, my guess is that the dog was looking for a fight and this cat was the wrong cat to take it too. I only saw that cat lose one fight in his life and that was when he was 15, and at that, he and another cat rolled off a wall together fighting and the other cat landed on top with my cat hitting the ground on his back, otherwise, who knows, he might have beaten him.

I'm REALLY trying not to laugh right now. 🫢

For a HS ed and no more, yeah, that's OK. If two spouses do Amazon, that's over a million every decade with insurance and medical.

Acceptable.

So they do start out at $30 per hour then? Not to bad. A pittance. But so so effort for that is acceptable.

Maybe he knows the owners were mistreating it.

Maybe it is destined to be a prop in training dog fighting.

We need more info.
It's pretty blatant theft. When Googling it, it appears there have been several incidents of drivers stealing pets.

Both the police and his employer are looking at him for the crime:
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the incident is an ongoing investigation, saying it appears to be a “theft of a cat.”

Wilson said she was informed that the driver isn’t directly employed by Amazon. KGET has been trying to reach the driver for several days. We asked Amazon to put us in touch with him, but so far, they haven’t.

An Amazon spokesperson told KGET that they are also looking into the matter, saying that they have spoken with the delivery driver, his employer and will work with law enforcement.

We had a cat who acted like a dog. He’d follow us down the street.
One day he disappeared.
Several months later, after we’d crossed the highway to take a walk through the rich part of town, we saw him peering at us through the picture window of a really expensive house.
“How do you like me now?”
