I've found very few O grade that are worth the powder and lead to blow them all to hell. Warrant Officers, OTOH, without exception have shown to be very thoughtful, respectful and exemplary in the performance of their duties in my experience. This isn't to say that all commissioned officers are inept, but a majority.
