Canada would beat U.S. in a war

My favorite part is when she said Canada defeated The United States in the War of 1812. Whatta ignorant bitch.
Admiral Cockburn is spinning~

The Burning of Washington, also known as the Capture of Washington, was a successful British amphibious attack conducted by Rear-Admiral George Cockburn during Admiral John Warren's Chesapeake campaign. It was the only time since the American Revolutionary War that a foreign power had captured and occupied a United States capital. Following the defeat of American forces at the Battle of Bladensburg on August 24, 1814, a British army led by Major-General Robert Ross marched on Washington, D.C. That evening, British soldiers and sailors set fire to multiple public buildings, including the Presidential Mansion, United States Capitol, and Washington Navy Yard.

The attack was in part a retaliation for prior American actions in British-held Upper Canada, in which U.S. forces had burned and looted York the previous year and had then burned large portions of Port Dover. Less than four days after the attack began, a heavy thunderstorm, possibly a hurricane and a tornado, extinguished the fires and caused further destruction. The British occupation of Washington, D.C. lasted for roughly 26 hours.

Really, really stupid. It's pretty obvious.
No, I don't think YOU understand. In a situation like that the American people, who collectively own more guns than the rest of the world, would eliminate the threat in short order.

Of there were a hunting permit issued for gangbangers they would either have fled to Mexico, or be dead within a month.

The same holds for ANY group.

Really, really stupid. It's pretty obvious.

Only because our corrupt politicians locked ours away so they could act as middlemen bringing yours in.

The point I reference is starting around 30 years ago.

Try and keep up.

Those are your posts and on only the last one do you mention 30 years ago. Try and keep up

Where did you get the idea there are nukes in Canada
There are no of those right now, as far as I know, but Canadian politicians, like, say Chrystyia Freeland (granddaughter of a high ranked Banderlog, who value Ukraine much more than the USA) want it.

It's quite understandable. Right now, the price of peace with Canada and Mexico is really high for the USA - at least 300K young Americans dying annually (say nothing about tons of money).
So, they hardly can continue to be that provocative and deter America without nuclear weapons.
Same way, the EU, if it wants to be more or less independent force, desperately needs a nuclear leverage against the USA. And without Sentinel program (which is now paused and going to be cancelled) even twenty European IRBMs located in Canada will give the EU nice counter-force potential.

ok I see where you got the nuclear thing from. Chrystia Freeland to many of us is a whack job who probably won't have a job after the next election. The pathetic part is she'll have a ridiculous pension she doesn't deserve. 300,000 Americans dying of what?

Many people though the same things about Ukraine. There is the logic of intentions and there is the logic of circumstances.

300K Americans dying of fentanyl overdose annually. Say nothing about those, who are being mentally invalidised. That's the price of peace. If Canadians want to keep it this way - they have to find the way to make the price of war much higher for the USA.

It's about 45 pounds of fentanyl going from Canada to the US in 2024

Who knows who's statistics is more accurate - American or Canadian? But anyway, it's American statistics which US decision-makers rely on.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data, around 43 pounds of fentanyl were intercepted coming from Canada into the U.S. last year, whereas Canadian authorities intercepted about 11 pounds going the opposite way during the same period.

That's how much was intercepted. But how much was successfully trafficked? The border is open, you know. So, what was intercepted isn't even a tip of the iceberg. Just a little ice floe.

Are you saying that The United States DID lose the War of 1812?

And not a single Canadian was part of the raid. It was entirely British Marines and soldiers with no connection with Canada. The British forces in Canada could barely defend their own territory. The Royal Navy force was based on Bermuda and attacked the Chesapeake Bay rather than the Northern states near Canada.

Yeah...it was more of a defeat than the Vietnam war was actually...because if the US had really wanted to destroy the Vietcong...
Yeah, you need to read a history book. Not only did The United States not lose the War of 1812, Canada didn't defeat The United States in the War of 1812.

There was no Canada, as a country, in 1812.
The War of 1812 was a sideshow, as far as the Brits and French were concerned, to the Napoleonic war.
Lose? Not really...although we did not exactly cover ourselves with glory. Win? Sure...Jackson's winning of the Battle of New Orleans, (fought after the Treaty of Ghent was signed and the war was over), did secure Louisiana and Florida--as well as establishing the formal border twixt Canada and the US.

I called BS on the Iraq war before any left winger. I called BS on the Iraq war, on this forum as soon as Cheney told us it would only cost $74 billion and that we would get our money back. Look it up and try to keep up.
Lol, try and keep up? Lol, I am not responsible for tracking an idiots past. Sure could not tell any of this from last comment. This a what have you done lately world.

Right. It would be like the citizens of major cities killing and looting and reeking havoc with the economy as they went........................................Oh wait.

I don't think you get it...

It is mainly bombings... A truck is parked in downtown Manhatten and a warning is called in... (On a Sunday, when everything is generally empty)... They then let off the bomb... The Bomb will suck the glass out out of Skyscapers 500 yds away, the bomb was a 2,300lb fertiliser bomb. (2300lb of fertiliser isn't that much for Agriculture)

Billions in damage... But the main damage is the security costs & disruption for every City, Airport, Tourist Spot,.... in America. It is a nightmare...
