For instance ... The Law as written and passed by Congress states the provisions "Shall" be enacted by January 2014.
That means it intended to happen that way and there is no "May" to it ... And that is what Congress required and the President agreed to in signing the legislation.

For President Obama to decide he screwed up and the Law he signed into existence is a bunch of junk ... Doesn't mean he has the power to change it.

And were amply paid. Obama said clearly in 2007 that he wanted a single payer system. As usual, the righties in Congress said no when he wanted to reform healthcare in 2009.

The POTUS MAY NOT make willy-nilly changes to a law at his whim. What about the Constitution and Checks and balances per the Constitution don't YOU understand exactly?
