Republicans also have this interesting viewpoint, like in Virginia recently where a close loss for governor in a state where they should have won gets touted as a victory on bickering forums such as this one. If democrats and republicans spent 1/2 as much time fixing our country as they do fighting with each other over which party is better, our country would be number 1 in the world.

While a great thought AS - this is misguided. How does a mechanic (conservative) fix an engine when the car owner demands that his son (liberal) be allowed to place bubble gum in the carburetor and drain the oil as the last step?
