I have been mentored by about fourteen Latter day Saint Elders, [and even by two Sisters by video during C o v i d]. I believe that Latter day Saints pray and ask to be given the Holy Spirit and to be guided by the Holy Spirit on a regular basis. [At least the missionaries certainly do do this].

I believe that the key verses that are relevant to Latter day Saints being Christian are:
For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 11 What father among you, if his son asks for[b] a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent; 12 or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him" [Luke 11]

and....
But you are not in the flesh, you are in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Any one who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. 10 But if Christ is in you, although your bodies are dead because of sin, your spirits are alive because of righteousness. 11 If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will give life to your mortal bodies also through his Spirit which dwells in you
[Romans 8]

Latter day Saints pray for the guidance of the Holy Spirit as fervently as any Christian does so if they are sincere and if they are given the Holy Spirit then they belong to Jesus. As far as having some false ideas on doctrine goes, I have been there and done that myself but Jesus led me through much of my error on ideas and doctrines.

The Apostle Paul taught the following:

Ephesian 4:11-16
11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Here we learn that the Church of Jesus Christ was to have apostles and prophets until we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. Has any people achieved this goal yet? If not, then we should still see apostles and prophets in the true church of Jesus Christ. In the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we are led, as Paul taught, by apostles and prophets. Do other Christian churches have apostles and prophets that lead their church? This is a sign of the one true church of Jesus Christ.

Our basis is simple. We are the church of Jesus Christ of latter day Saints. We believe in God, in Jesus, the Bible and the holy spirit.
You Latter day Saints are seriously set up at this time due to your taking near death experience accounts seriously and not just laughing at them. You personally might really enjoy the Robert Marshall near death experience because every nurse and every doctor in Utah would gain a great deal of inspiration from his case of being brain dead for forty four hours. He was sent back by Jesus just last year in 2024.

He was even told by Jesus, that the earth was three point six BILLION years old and that Satan began to fall about seventy million years ago and had fully fallen by sixty five million years ago. I believe that Jesus will assist anybody who will assist Robert Marshall to obey the orders that he had been given.

In order to be considered a Christian today, you have to accept the theological assertions of the Nicene Creed.

Mormons accept none of it. They believe that "God" was once a man, and if you lead a good life, you also will become a "god" in the afterlife. That alone DQ's them from ever being considered Christians. They can call themselves whatever they like but they are pissing in the wind.

We don't really care if you accept us into your so called Christian group or club since we know that we are really the only true Christian Church of the earth today.

Jesus, as one of the members of the godhead, was a man on this earth and resurrected with his immortal body of flesh and bones and is still mankind. Upon Jesus' resurrection, Paul in his epistle to the Hebrews taught that the resurrected Jesus was in the express image of the person of the Father:

Hebrews 1:1-3
1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Evidently the Father has a right hand for Jesus to sit down on the right hand of the Father. If Jesus, in his resurrected body of flesh and bones is still mankind, then the Father is also mankind since Jesus is the express image of the person of the Father. The following verses in the Bible express how mankind can actually become just like the Father and how Jesus taught that we are gods! Why is it that the concepts of the Nicene Creed are not found in the Bible? Show me where the Father and Son are the same being in the Bible! Nope, the Nicene Creed is a false God teaching that we definitely reject!!

Matthew 5:48
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

John 17:20-23
20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Psalms 82:6
6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

John 10:31-36
31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Jesus taught that he was God and also taught that we are all gods! Yet you, like the Jews of Jesus' day are ready to take up stones because we teach that we also as the children of God are gods and that we can become perfect even as our Heavenly Father is perfect! Just as it teaches in the Bible!
