When a spending bill is passed in the House and Senate, it still has to go to the president to be signed into law. This is basic government 101.
When Trump (or any president) signed a spending bill into law that included funding for Planned Parenthood, who in some states still help provide abortions (my state Arkansas included) then the president is supporting abortions with our money.
If he's pro life, and funding for planned parenthood is in the bill, then all he has to do to show his pro life support for unborn is veto the bill. If his veto is overridden, then it's all on the congress. The presidents hands are clean.
Trumps hands are bloody from all the abortions that our tax dollars helped to pay for.
