I don't think there is going to be any problem for the prosecutor to prove this case at all. But maybe Mr. Robinson has something to say for himself that will point to someone else, and I'll be interested in seeing if there is.
Although my guess is that he will just man up to the charges, and march to the gallows like a man.

Robinson wouldn't have taken the life turn he did this week if he was anxious for a long life.

Although IMHO, pleading guilty and owning up to what he did would be a better strategy to avoid the hangman than forcing a trial.

The synagogue shooter from Pittsburgh pleaded his innocence, but had absolutely nothing to say to contradict the prosecution.

I would have voted to send his ass to the chopping block on General Principles for wasting my time in a month long trial after that kind of stunt.

Authorities in Utah have three days to bring formal charges against Robinson, which will likely include murder and gun offences.

The suspect would then appear in court for arraignment. If he pleads not guilty, a trial will likely follow. Alternatively, he could plead guilty in exchange for a lesser penalty.

Given the gravity of the case, Robinson is not likely to be granted temporary release pending trial. He could also face federal charges.

I do believe that he said at the initial hearing that he was pleading "not guilty." This is to drag out a trial for publicity's sake and attention as is often done in high profile criminal cases. He no doubt figures that he will become some martyr in his cause. Charlie Kirk has already achieved that status. Robinson's just a bum who will be executed and forgotten over time, with the exception of a few mentally unstable individuals who side with him.
It's good to hear that large numbers of Democrats are ditching the Democrat Party, even though they are saying they will become independent voters.

This has already been discussed. The governor doesn't want him to plea he wants him to go through a trial and be convicted so they can attach the death penalty.

He's dead meat once he hits prison anyway. He is a marked man. Being put to death would probably be more pleasant than what awaits him in prison.
