Calling out Citygator

Not sure how that's the case. Single Payer doesn't dictate the level of care.

What Germany has is a system of private and public systems to make sure there is 100% coverage. Kind of what Obamacare tried to be but hasn't quite hit.

Citygator recently divulged the following to me.

I am not only a Christian but served for most of the decade on the church leadership team, weirdly called an “elder” even though I am not old. I teach Sunday school to 3rd/4th graders.

I had no idea, but what I do know is that he is an ardent supporter of the democrat party.

This thread is for him and for those that may be like him to be able to square the ideology of the DNC with that of their faith.

As for myself, I have no idea how one squares the two, but we will offer them their chance.

First up, abortion. That is the biggie. After all, the Nazi party was also into things like socialized medicine, something Citygator was championing when we had the conversation. He was all about getting poor folk medical care. However, as a Christian, how can you square away supporting the Nazi party for that knowing that they murder people in mass?

Any takers? I wonder if Citygator runs and hides like he refused to respond to me in the other thread, but hope springs eternal as I offer him another chance.

If you dont citygator he is unlikely to see every post.

How about we debate every single topic except abortion. That is a brick wall. We all know there is no straight speak in the Bible about abortion but there is TONS of straight talk in the Bible about how to treat your fellow humans. There is zero chance either one of us will change each others mind on Abortion. That road has been warn down. My wife and I have had multiple miscarries, I assure you I dont go around saying I am the father of 4 kids, 2 of which died between week 6-8 of conception.
