Maybe he was thinking about the 5,935 dead Californians since Feb 6 or being 2nd in the country for most new cases yesterday with 5,240 in one day. Only place worse yesterday was Florida with 8,530 new cases yesterday.

One reason Florida is getting so many is because of people foolishly going to beaches, and crowding themselves there. Water temperature now is at 86 degree average, and higher in mid afternoon. That means danger. Jellyfish, stingrays, poisonous catfish, and sharks.

When you see people going into the water in summer here, it means one thing > Tourists.

Danger is in the sky too. Late June is the worst time to be exposed to the sun. Sun's rays are strongest on June 20, the first day of Summer, more than any time of the year. Skin cancer is lurking, as is the possibility of sunburn.

Best time for going to the beach in Florida is in March-April. All winter in South Florida, and the keys. Not only is water temperature better (in the 70s), but sun is weaker, sharks & stingrays are gone.

Not to worry, the GOP propaganda machine and the orange clown says to go back to work. Who needs testing tracing or PPE? Stupidest most incompetent party ever....... Oops it's all the propaganda fault and bought off GOP lying scumbags....the base is not exactly stupid just ignorant, they know every detail of absolutely ridiculous phony scandals and conspiracy theories that are unknown in the real world. Cannot COMPARE "new" cases numbers under INTENSE testing for antibodies and DNA type tests to the previous PRE-TESTING rates or magnitudes of #cases... For every 20 cases FOUND NOW under testing -- Only ONE of them would have been reported back in late April when things were PEAKING nationally.. Which means, 5240 in ONE DAY -- would have been only 262 back before testing was ramped up to current levels..

So any SURGE LOOKS 12 to 20 WORSE than when cases PEAKED back in April/May... It's apples and oranges...

ONLY ACCURATE measurement of "bubbles/surges" is to look at the whether "positive rates" are increasing.. And they ARE in several areas.. But only math adverse fools (and the media) worry everyone's ass about ABSOLUTE number of cases NOW compared to what they were BEFORE widespread testing.,..

Sounds like a good theory. Can't say. Glad I don't have to worry about it.

It's NOT a theory.. It's a lifetime of math, science and statistics.. And everything I said was totally solid in terms of what quality of data reporting and "media" morons we have that could never understand it...

Actually you DO... Because the media is feeding raw numbers with no analysis or explanation and you just soiled your undies about 5240 NEW cases a day, when in reality before intense testing only about 250 of them would have EVER been known or reported...

Which means that GIGANTIC SPIKE in #infected that put the nation into shutdown mode back in March/April was PUNY compared to the ACTUAL #infected that no one EVEN KNEW ABOUT...

And the numbers NOW are just MAGNITUDES more accurate and scary looking, but mean NOTHING in terms of hospitalizations/deaths UNLESS the PERCENT POSITIVE rates are increasing..

I feel for the victims and concern for the country at large. I wear mask in store, crowds and attempt to distance inside, but impossible to protect morons from themselves. No personally worried as I have test positive for the Covid anti-bodies and negative for the active virus within the last week. Not much I can do, but set a good example and wish the lemmings good luck approaching the cliff. They used to say it was a problem of Democrat states, except most of the states with largest daily infections and daily deaths are republican states. Must be a apolitical virus. Trump supporters just didn't know. They listened to their own echo chamber. Go figure.
