We often hear how wonderful California is. Sure, geography. Problem is beyond politics, they could give a flying F they're losing US citizens, so long as foreigners got the dough, and ignorance too. Fact is, for instance, I live in a desirable area on the east side of the Sierras Nv, have for decades, bought it cheap back in the day. Replacements are Californians. That's not news, my friend lives in a nice neighborhood too, a new development. All but her and an acquaintance Californians. Lots of States have seen the impact. if Ca. was the wonderful State the left are selling you, why would so many millions of citizens say otherwise?
