And it's stagnant because...it's by far the most populated state in United States at 39 million (Texas distant second at 31) with some of the highest real estate costs.

Who can afford to retire and move to California with median home price at almost a million dollars? Not many.

Oh yeah, what do you want to know? I had to go to California to have things stolen matter of fact. First time I've been ripped off in many decades. Some SOB stole my Rough Hoe. Another, a service tried to steal my redacted I was having restored. They sent me an imposter, and I had proof. They even lied trying to save face, many times. I blew a cork, where's my redcated........Oh look, the boss found it. Then they tried to mex-splain how the one they sent was "original", and even best of the two, mine was rusty too, cuz I guess I'm an idiot............For starts orig. don't have part number castings, and if they did they SAF wouldn't be that, never mind not a lick of rust on anything. Eventually worked out though, it's nice, they even took pics☺. As my partner on the project said, they fucked with the wrong guy☺

What made it worse is the ORIGINAL part is extremely hard to come by. They sent me a finished knock off, damn!.....Glad I got it back, it has distinguishable grain, I marked it too and took pics, lucky.
