Not really. They are entitled to a hearing. they have to get their home countries to accept them back, and they'll only take back a certain number a year. we'd also have to find places to hold them, because ICE doesn't have the facilities to do so. That means counting on local jails, and they don't want the expense and trouble.

But here's the ugly truth. The One Percenters WANT illegal immigration. They WANT a cheap labor force willing to do the work you won't.

Immigration was already reformed, yet liberal states refuse to enforce the rules. If they can’t enforce the law now what would any new laws?!?!?

The laws on the books were simple and should be the laws we follow.

Yet, they don't work. They don't work because the federal government has pretty much given employers carte blanche to hire illegals.

You could end the illegal problem in ten minutes. Go after the people who employ them. Offer rewards to rat out employers who hire them. Confiscate business assets of repeat offenders.

Don't do what Trump just did, and give a pardon to some Jew who was hiring thousands of them at his Kosher meat plant.

If there is still a need for cheap unskilled labor, and you can't get Americans to do it, then you have something like what Germany has, a Guest Worker program.

But you guys won't do that, because the offenders are the ones making big contributions. So you want to chase after some poor people and occassionally ship some of them home, knowing there are plenty more where they came from.
