The same people who are already picking them--- H-2A workers who average around $20/hour nationally, although the wages vary by state. I think here in Virginia, their minimum wage is in the $15 and change range per hour.

migrant workers who come here on a temp visa to do seasonal work and then go home

problem is many don't want to go home, they want to stay and continue to send money back to their families not in the USA
