PF is in no danger of going out of business. Rich voyeurs sponsor beauty pageants and walk through to ogle the sometimes under age women. If you are poor and want to see ass and tites hanging out just hit up a beach.

If everyone knew about it as soon as the policy was published, why did their membership and stock not crash immediately? Instead it crashed after the publicity around the middle-aged woman kicked out for reporting a man in the women's locker room.

Your grip is that even though their policy is clearly stated and available for everyone to read it’s somehow not designed to inform. Your whole ***** is you don’t like the placement of the message? That’s what you are hanging your hat on? I have not ever joined PF but I think it’s safe to assume that part of the membership process is acknowledging you have reviewed and understood the terms of service and policies of the gym. If you sign it saying yea you have and then act shocked because a clearly stated policy you agreed to somehow offended you, then that is on you. It’s your personal ignorance that is the issue at that point.
