Note that more than half of it, the first half, is about the rules for locks on the lockers. Then it tells you that transgender members may use whatever locker room they want. This is not designed to inform, but to provide legal cover for not informing.
If everyone knew about it as soon as the policy was published, why did their membership and stock not crash immediately? Instead it crashed after the publicity around the middle-aged woman kicked out for reporting a man in the women's locker room.
Why don't they have a sign on the door "Women - or whoever" which would be a real tip-off?
