Brutal Attack in Miami

Westwall, you're awfully disagreeable today. Good Samaritans are often detained (arrested) until the event is investigated.

No, I am disagreeing with your comments, which are wrong. Yes, there are some blue areas that will try and jail you for defending yourself, but they are the minority.

In the rest of the country the police and judicial system would give you a pat on the back for shooting that creep.

Only after determining that you acted lawfully. Until then you are suspect.

No shit. But they won't arrest you and toss you in jail without an indictment.

If they do, you own them.

That's why if you are forced to shoot someone you speak to NO ONE, without having your attorney with you.

I’m 100% sure that if I use my EDC to defend myself in a justifiable self defenses shoot that my CCW will be yanked ( and I will need a Lawyer to get it back after the Case has wound its way through court and most likely even if no charges are brought )

Yeah, you live in the blue shithole of California.

I think only if you are consuming alcohol. Here in nevada that's the law.
No. In Texas one cannot carry concealed into locations where more than 50% of revenues are derived from alcohol sales. They even have the dread 51 signs for it.
