It's because as a race, blacks are WAY below whites and orientals in IQ. Hey, they have dark skin: why can't they have less intelligence? Well, they do: look at Africa. Look at Haiti, and any other black-majority sinkhole. Facts are facts.

We can never make any progress until we tell the truth. I know the truth about this problem is taboo, transgressive --- but it's true all the same. The reason people will NOT tell the truth when it stares us all in the face is that it is unfixable. You can't fix stupid. It would be like trying to "fix" black skin, but the Ethiopian can't change his skin, as the Bible says. So people try to pretend that it IS fixable, but since it isn't, we haven't succeeded.

I don't know how to fix this either, but I know lying about it hasn't worked.

Common knowledge that blacks on average are mentally inferior, which is obviously why you know nothing about it. Mind you, I'm not claiming it is heredity or environment because I don't know if anyone has dared try to sort that out in today's PC climate.

Note that the countries of Africa marked in red above all mostly populate the lower end of the IQ rankings with Libya being the highest with an average IQ of 81.

If it's nurture then that would mean that factors such as opportunity were the reason. Can you think of some other reasons why it's clearly 'nurture' and not 'nature'?

Do they do IQ scores on infants who aren't yet exposed to their environment? How would they do that?
Wouldn't THEY have to waist two or three months until the baby is capable of having an Intelligence quotient?
And then would the black baby that's been adopted by white parents score higher?
