Biden says the most provocative thing he can manage, because its words that his stupid base respond to, he talks a tough game, then turns right around and doesn't do anything, except of course NOT send those migs to Ukraine, or allow them S300 or S400 missile systems.

Do you begin to understand his psychopathic game? He says one thing, then does exactly the other, and in this instance, he has Putin, and Russia, negotiating him his utterly fraudulent nuke deal with Iran, which I can assure you, is already a done deal. He then hands Russia $10-billion, and Iran $100-billion whilst beating his chest with how awesomely great he, Joe Biden is!

That is the game Biden plays, which is to say, he plays the west for absolute fools, whilst selling them out to China, and Russia, checkmate!
