As if all the bad males who now inhabit poor old England would obey a curfew!

Last year, all those bad people who looted here in the States just laughed at the curfew, so mayors lifted the curfew because they knew that the police could not arrest thousands of marchers & looters.

A country is only as good as the quality of its people.
