But it has to be an Afghan government that accepts our constant presence engaging in military strikes against other Afghans who are forming a government that isn’t interested in that arrangement.No....we just needed to maintain a presence there....and let the Afghanis form and run their own government.
Much like the arragements we have with so many other nations in this world.
