¿US-American? One of the first things what Donald Trump had done the last time when he was president was to destroy TTIP (=Transatlantic trade and Investment Partnership). And now he likes to start with 25% tariffs (=taxes) for goods from Mexico and Canada. He has really a lot of individual freedom which means nearly nothing for any other US-American as long as he has money and is able to pay higher prices.

Britain's largest industry is international money laundering; they quit manufacturing decent stuff in the19th Century,losing out to the U.S. and Germany, who built huge industries with tariffs.
