Two Tory-run councils warn PM of possible bankruptcy

Leaders of Kent and Hampshire county councils say even ‘drastic cuts’ to services will not be enough

Both conservative councils. In fact 80% of tory councils agree with them.

Closing their libraries is one suggestion. But of course the libraries are one of the few places that people can keep warm during the conservative recession.

Maybe they could burn the books to keep warm. Thats another Conservative hobby.

The UK is a failed state but at least we now have blue passports and that all important sovereignty.
